How we protect your data
Trustful Clinical Budgeting runs on Microsoft Azure with a dedicated database for every client. Below is what is in place today.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) using Azure-managed encryption.
One database per client
Your organisation's data lives in its own database. No shared tables, no shared schema with other clients.
Role-based access
Roles are assigned per module, so each person sees and does only what their job requires: preparers build budgets, reviewers approve them, admins manage access.
Hosting and data residency
Hosted on Microsoft Azure. We deploy your instance in the Azure region you choose, for example West Europe (Netherlands) or East US (Virginia).
Designed with GDPR principles in mind
Data minimisation, access control and EU hosting by default. Trustful Journey Lda is an EU company based in Lisbon, Portugal.
